From the post above looks like I’m the first in Croatia who finished it (appologies if I missed something). Build from 21 June 2011 up to 17 Aug 2011. Real job didn’t alowed me to finished it month earlier. It’s very well balanced picture and more and more difficult from part one to part 4.

Just finished the puzzle for the 4th time (mixing all the pieces)!! I was trying to raise $24,000 for Autism Speaks – a $1 a puzzle piece- so far I have raised $6,000!

I loved this puzzle! I have done puzzles since childhood. My brother & son & I are making a frame for it so we can hang it. It took me 11 weeks to complete alone , and I did it one bag(6000 pieces) at a time. I was done with it, July 22 2011 at 2:30pm. The most challenging parts I found was the colored fish , the rippled water , and the underwater city. The picture is beautiful and I will proudly display it in my home! I wonder if I am the first to complete it in Indiana.

Curious what everyone has done with the puzzle when it’s finished. What have you used to mount it? Have you been puzzle gluing it together and did that make it rigid enough? How have you been making your backing? I just finished a 9000 piece puzzle which measure 4′6″ by 6′4″ and I am looking for some way to preserve it safely but inexpensively if at all possible.

I believe that my husband and I are the FIRST TO COMPLETE IN WISCONSIN? And definately the first to complete in Fond du Lac, WI! It was a fun journey, now we need to figure out exactly how to glue it together!
