2010 Update:

1st in the world to complete
Interest in our 24,000 piece puzzle has been steadily growing and we have an ever-increasing number of completions. Congratulations to all who have met the challenge .. and won! It is quite an achievement.
The main puzzle page (www.worldslargestpuzzle.com) and this site are done in our ever-decreasing spare time so we have decided to add this blog and forum and Hall of Fame in the hope that you can all discuss things amongst yourselves and help each other out with suggestions and encouragement.
We will pop in here often too, and help out whenever we can.
Hall of Fame
The main site has the first 100 Hall of Fame entries. From now on it is up to you to make your own claims as the First In Your Country .. or your city .. or town .. or school. The fastest, the slowest, the youngest, the oldest, whatever you like – it is all unofficial and others may dispute it. Be sure to check through the 1st 100 Hall of Fame entries before making your claim. If you have images of your puzzle completion, or your own blog or video, you are welcome to make a link to them in our pages.
Click over to the new 2010 Hall of Fame page to stake your claim HERE.

I am starting to design a new type of jigsaw and would like comments on what makes a jigsaw easy to complete and what makes doing a jigsaw enjoyable. Please contact me at the email address above. Thank you for reading this.

Now I have to stick it.
best regards

Hip hip hooray! My long awaited box will arrive tomorrow (according to UPS tracking), and I will finally get to start on this puzzle that I have been researching, discussing, and drooling over for about a year now. Ever since I found the website for the World’s Largest Puzzle and saw how beautiful the image was I have wanted to make this puzzle. I know I won’t be in time to get on the original Hall of Fame, but hopefully I will be able to add my name and story to the 2010 Hall of Fame on this site instead. I do plan to do a blog about my experience and take lots of pictures so I can track the progress.
Hurry up UPS man….I wanna start my puzzle! LOL

Started sorting on the first section. Wow, what a chore! I created a blog to track my progress if anyone is interested in looking at it. http://pennysjigsawblog.blogspot.com/
