  • FIRST TO COMPLETE IN DENMARK.
June 22, 2008
Simon  -  Solrød Strand, Denmark.
Assembled between 25 December 2007 and 22 June 2008.

Hi my name is Simon, and I live in Solrød Strand in Denmark.
I started the puzzle just before Christmas 2007, and finished it the 22nd of June 2008.
Sorry I haven't written before, but I am not very good at writing in English, and that's also the reason this text is short. I'll maybe write more later on.

The second largest puzzle I have ever done is just 2000 pieces, so I feared this puzzle would take a very long time to complete, but in fact every part of the puzzle took less time than expected. I used the repeating patterns a lot, and completed each quarter on top of the other ones. I want to say thanks to Nicki from my class and my mother Vivi for helping me a little bit with the puzzle, although I think I did more than 99 % myself.

I also want to give a very big thank you to my dad, who helped me mounting the puzzle on four plates and hanging them up on the wall. He used the whole Saturday 6th and half the Sunday the 7th of July.

- Simon
