FIRST TO COMPLETE IN OREGON.

Hello. My name is Sarah and I live in Dayton, Oregon and I am happy to say that my friends and I have completed the world's largest puzzle!

I started the first section on February 20, 2008 and when I had decided to conquer this beast, I thought I would do it alone. Well, I completed the first section by myself and was bored. So I invited my friends to join me.

We started working on the second section in August of 2008 and mainly they helped me sort. I hate to sort!! So my friends sorted for me and I assembled. I did sort a lot but they helped me when they could. They wanted me to say that while they helped sort and assemble some parts of the puzzle, 95% was all me!

The second section was finished in September, followed by the third section in December. The last section was completed on February 8th 2009, my birthday!!

We obviously did not mix all pieces together but now that I have completed it once, I think I will mix all the pieces and try it all alone next time!

It was nice to take our time and we had many fun nights spent working on it. During the time that I worked on the World's Largest I think I completed another 20+ puzzles, so it was not my main focus.

Quick thanks to my husband, Jonathan, who has put up with my jigsaw puzzle obsession for many years now. Thank you for being so patient with the large pieces of foam board, the space all of it took up and the hours I spent engrossed with the puzzle! Love you!

To Ronda for the tons of sorting she did! Thanks Ronda!!

To Brittany for working on the rainbow!

To Leah for working on the little fishes!!

And Christy for the 3 pieces you put in!

This was a great challenge and I am looking forward to what they come up with next!

Sarah
