• FIRST TO COMPLETE IN ARGENTINA.

My name is Maria Julia Ulivarri Rodi. I live in Salta, Argentina. I am 23 years old, I am a student of Business administration and I am employed at a school. I am the first Argentinian in the Hall of Fame!!

I assembled the jigsaw puzzle alone: taking 32 hours to assemble the first section (17 August 2008 to 12 September 2008), 39 hours to build the second section (28 December 2008 to 7 January 2009), 41 hours to put together the third section (9 - 21January 2009) and finally 50 hours to finish the fourth section (3- 13 April 2009). In whole it took me 162 hours.

I love assembling jigsaw puzzles, it is a hobby that I have done from a child. I really enjoyed building the jigsaw puzzle Life of 24.000 pieces and it was my biggest challenge. I could not resist, and in April, 2008 I bought the jigsaw puzzle to do when I had a few free days. The apartment where I live with my mother and brothers is small, but I managed to build it because it comes in sections.

I began to build the First Section on the living-dining room table. It is a most enjoyable jigsaw puzzle because of it's large range of images and colors. I started by first building the edge, then the air balloons and finally the animals, the water and the fish. It was the easiest and most enjoyable section.

During the 2009 summer vacation I began on the Second section. It was also enjoyable. I began with the lighthouse, the house and then the air balloons. It is not as difficult a jigsaw puzzle as it would seem because of it's diversity of colors and forms. The bottom of the sea was more complicated and slow, but once I found the rhythm, I advanced rapidly and steadily.

Immediately on finishing the Second Part, I began with the Third one. This one was the most difficult of the four especially in building the area with the butterflies. And the water where the boats are, was also complicated.

In epoch of Easters I began with the Fourth Part. First, as always, I assembled the edges, and then I continued on the boats. The sky was not difficult, but it took time. The most complicated part was the bottom of the sea, specifically 'the lost city'. It was slow work, but piece by piece I managed to complete the whole jigsaw puzzle.

I am proud to be one of the people who have finished assembling the World's Largest Jigsaw puzzle.

Thanks to my family that supported me, and especially to my mother who allowed me to use the living/dining room table!

The jigsaw puzzle is impressive. Really it demonstrated life when I joined four parts... Many colors, many animals, the sky, the sea. This jigsaw puzzle has life and it is a gift at sight. It surprises: by it's world of images and for it's immensity.

I am very satisfied from what I achieved and it makes me happy that those who observe this jigsaw puzzle enjoy it as much as I enjoyed building it.

I managed to fulfil this challenge and I plan to do much more.

Tengo 23 años, soy estudiante de Administración de Empresas y trabajo en un colegio. ¡¡Soy la primera argentina en el Salón de la fama!! Armé el rompecabezas sola. Tardé 32 horas en armar la Primera Parte (17 Agosto 2008 al 12 Septiembre 2008), 39 horas para armar la Segunda Parte (28 Diciembre 2008 al 7 Enero 2009), 41 horas para armar la Tercera Parte (9 - 21 Enero 2009) y 50 horas para armar la Cuarta Parte (3 - 13 Abril 2009). En total me tomó 162 horas. Me encanta armar rompecabezas, es un hobby que tengo desde niña. Disfruté mucho armando el rompecabezas Vida de 24.000 piezas y fue mi mayor reto. No pude resistirme, y en abril de 2008 compré el rompecabezas para armarlo cuando tuviera unos días libres. El departamento donde vivo con mi madre y hermanos es pequeño, pero igual me las ingenié para armar el rompecabezas parte por parte. Sobre la mesa del living-comedor comencé a armar la Primera Parte. Es un rompecabezas muy entretenido por su gran cantidad de imágenes y colores. Comencé armando primero los bordes, luego los globos aerostáticos y finalmente los animales, el agua y los peces. Fue la parte más fácil y divertida. En las vacaciones de verano 2009 comencé con la Segunda Parte. También fue entretenida. Comencé por el faro, la casa y luego los globos aerostáticos. No es un rompecabezas difícil por su diversidad de colores y formas. El fondo del mar fue más complicado y lento, pero una vez que le encontré el ritmo, avancé rápida y constante. Inmediatamente de terminar la Segunda Parte, comencé con la Tercera. Ésta fue la más difícil de las cuatro. Demoré mucho en armar la zona de las mariposas. Y el agua donde están los botes también fue complicada. En época de Pascuas comencé con la Cuarta Parte. Primero, como siempre, armé los bordes, y luego continué por los botes. El cielo no fue difícil, pero llevó su tiempo. Lo más complicado fue el fondo del mar, precisamente la ciudad perdida. Fue un armado lento, pero pieza por pieza logré completar todo el rompecabezas. Estoy orgullosa de ser una de las que armó el rompecabezas más grande del mundo. Gracias a mi familia que me apoyó, y a mi madre especialmente que me dejó utilizar la mesa del living-comedor. El rompecabezas es impresionante. Realmente cobró vida cuando uní las cuatro partes. Muchos colores, muchos animales, el cielo, el mar. Este rompecabezas tiene vida y es un regalo a la vista. Sorprende por su mundo de imágenes y por su inmensidad. Estoy muy contenta por lo que logré y me alegra que todos los que lo observan puedan disfrutar de este rompecabezas tanto como yo lo disfruté al armarlo.
