FIRST TO COMPLETE IN ILLINOIS, USA AFTER MIXING ALL 24,000 PIECES

About 4 years ago, I searched the Internet for the World's largest puzzle and I found the Ravensburger 4 world maps puzzle.

When it came in the mail I couldn't believe how big it was but I mixed together all 18,000 pieces and went to work. I finished almost exactly a year later and told myself never again would I do something like that. That is until it wasn't the largest puzzle in the world any more, so when I saw the 'Life' puzzle I knew that one day it would hang on the other wall by the one I had already finished.

I was surprised at how much faster I finished this one, just under 8 months.

I did the entire mixed puzzle by myself with the exception of the last two pieces, those went to my children Kourtney and Dominic.

So now I am done looking at giant puzzles for a while, that is... at least until something larger comes along.

Thanks - it was an experience!
